Pre-Registration for the NYSABE 2020 Conference is now open!

 

 

Deadline for Pre-Registration: March 13th, 2020 (at midnight).

If we have not reached capacity, registration will re-open as on-site registration on Thursday, March 19th at 7:30 am.    You have the option of attending the full conference, two days, or one day. Your 2020 conference registration fee includes: 

  • NYSABE annual membership (March 2020-February 2021)
  • Entrance to all events (minus Gala; that’s a separate payment) for the day(s) that you have registered
  • Continental breakfast and plated lunch for the day(s) that you have registered

 

Registration Rates: The following registration rates apply for the NYSABE 2020 Conference. Pre-registration prices are in effect until Friday, March 13, 2020. If we have not reached capacity by March 13th, on-site registration will open at 7:30 am on Thursday, March 19th at the Crowne Plaza White Plains with the on-site registration rates. Registration will be closed between March 14-18, 2020.

 

* On-site Registration will only be available if we have not reached capacity by the close of Pre-Registration on March 13, 2020.

 

8 CTLE CREDITS WILL BE GRANTED PER DAY OF ATTENDANCE. Certificates will be emailed to attendees by April 30, 2020.

 

 

Information about the Online Conference Attendee Registration:   Did you attend the 2019 Conference? 

No:  You will create a new account in order to register online.
Yes:  If you did attend last year’s conference, and if you have the log in information you used for registering last year, you will log in into your account and continue this year’s registration process. If you do not recall your credentials, there is no problem, you should be able to reset your password.

 

Information about the 3-step Online Conference Attendee Registration process 

1. Contact Information: enter/update attendee information 

2. Registration Information: select options for the conference, purchase order must be uploaded on the page or emailed to the NYSABE address on the invoice

3. Review and Checkout: choose “Pay Now” option of CREDIT CARD or PAY LATER ( for check and purchase order)

 

Payment Information: You can pay by credit card, check or purchase order. All payments need to be received no later than March 13, 2020. If not, your registration will be canceled and you will need to register on-site, if there are spaces available, and pay that day.

Credit Card: Once you complete the 3-step online registration process and enter the complete the credit payment, you will receive an email with an invoice showing $0 balance (meaning that NYSABE has received your payment.) This document is your registration receipt. The first day you attend the conference, please proceed to the Pre-Registration table to pick up your badge. Bring a copy of that email (or have it ready on your phone) in case you need to show it to pick up your badge. We will not mail badges in advance.  

Check: Complete the 3-step online registration process by choosing the Pay Later option and mailing your check to NYSABE, New York University, Metropolitan Center, 726 Broadway, 5th floor, New York City, NY 10003. Once NYSABE receives your check, you will receive an email with an updated invoice showing $0 balance. If you have sent the check to NYSABE and after 10 days you haven’t received a updated email with a $0 balance, please email NYSABEConference@gmail.com. If NYSABE does not receive your check by March 13, 2020,  your registration will be canceled and you will need to register on-site, if there are spaces available, at the conference and pay that day. 

Purchase order: Complete the 3-step online registration process by choosing the Pay Later option. A copy of the purchase order can also be emailed to NYSABEConference@gmail.com. We ask that the purchase order include the names of all the attendees that will be covered under it. If you are from NYC DOE: NYSABE’s Vendor # for NYC DOE is 112847914 01.      

Refunds: If you pay by credit card or check, any request for a refund must be made in writing to NYSABEConference@gmail.com on or before March 6, 2020. Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. If you are paying by purchase order but did not attend the conference and you have not informed in writing to NYSABEConference@gmail.com by March 13, your district is responsible for paying your registration fee.

 

Individual or Group Registration: You can register individually or as part of a group. Group registrations can be completed by one individual under the 2020 Conference Group Registration link below. Updated invoices can be downloaded from the Review and Check Out registration page (last page) by clicking on the pdf invoice icon.
