The following pre-registration rates apply (all dates are 2017). Please note that prices include continental breakfast and plated lunch each day. Full Conference pre-registration also includes a one-year membership in NYSABE. Pre-registration closes on February 24, 2017. If we have spaces available, onsite registration will open at 7:30 am on Thursday, March 2nd at the Crowne Plaza.

2. Complete the pre-registration form. Regardless of your payment option, you must fill out the 2017 Conference pre-registration Form!

Once your payment has been confirmed AND you have filled out the 2017 Conference Pre-registration Form you will receive an email from NYSABEConference@gmail.com confirming both the payment and pre-registration. This email is your proof of pre-registration. Please be ready to show this email at the 2017 Conference Registration Table when you sign in.

Paying by Purchase Order

NYSABE 2017 Conference Pre-registration and Payment by Purchase Order

  • First, every person listed in a Purchase Order needs to fill out the NYSABE Conference Pre-registration Form. This form will ask for the Purchase Order number as well as the contact information of the person responsible for the Purchase Order.
  • Then, once the Purchase Order has been generated, but no later than February 22, 2017, one of the attendees (or a person responsible for it) needs to submit a copy of the Purchase Order to: NYSABEConference@gmail.com. We ask that the Purchase Order includes the names of the attendees that will be covered under it.

Refund Policy:

NYSABE’s 2017 Conference Pre-registration is now Closed

On-site registration will open on Thursday, March 2nd at 7:45 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza and the on-site registration rates below will apply. Please note that prices include continental breakfast and plated lunch each day. Full Conference registration also includes a one-year membership in NYSABE.

For on-site registration we will accept, credit cards, checks and Purchase Order (bring the paper copy of the PO). In order for pick up registration badges, NYSABE will need proof of payment. If you already pre-registered and paid and received the email confirmation, pick up your conference materials at the Pre-Registration Table at the Conference.

If your district still needs to send the POs to NYSABE, there is still time until Tuesday, February 28 at noon (by sending an email to NYSABEConference@gmail.com). If not, teachers/administrators need to bring a copy of the PO to the conference.
